I have about 3-5 inches of clearance. The dump valve is the lowest point.

The plan is to cut out one do the 90 degree elbows and replace it with one that is rotated a bit higher. That should allow me to get a little closer to the frame to strap it. I am estimating a 4 inch gain in height.
