Had a new Pioneer NEC system installed in our Thor Chateau which sits on a Ford 550 Heavy Duty. Initially the cameras worked then stopped. Got it back from the stereo place yesterday. Today when I plugged it into our shore power I noticed the radio came on and the dash seem to be in Accessory mode. I started the engine and then when I turned the key off the engine DID NOT turn off. I disconnected the shore power and again turned the key to off and the engine and radio shut down. Then I went to check if the jacks would go down with engine on. Was not plugged into shore power, put the batteries from Store to Use. Jacks went down fine but when I went to shut off the engine it would not turn off again. Put the batteries back to Shore and the engine shut off. So basically if connected to shore or batteries in Use position the radio comes on and engine will not shut off. I think they have connected some wires incorrectly. Anyone have any ideas of what they may have done wrong?
