Very disappointing but unfortunately see it all the time not only in CGs. My wife and I lived in Europe for over 10 years and we only see inappropriate behavior by American pet owners, whether it is aggressive dogs or disrespecting property or boundaries.
You're joking, right? I also have been to Europe. Nastiest places in the world when it comes to aminal deposits, expecially France and Italy. NOBODY even curbs their animals much less cleans up after them. Paris even has some guys on motorbikes going around with special vacuum systems trying to make it so you can at least walk somewhat safely.
