I drained mine last week. If you have the outside kitchen, there is also a "ringed" drain valve behind the small tilt out drawer.

I found the main drains, as mentioned above, in the bay with the outside shower. Next to the shower knobs will be the water pump. One ring drains slower, as it is before the pump.

Not sure if this is good for the pump, but also noticed the other drain went faster if opened and pump turned on. I didn't run the pump long for fear of cavitation.
