The parts are available from Thor, but it replaces the door, the frame, the exhaust tube and the exhaust plate. The new door has no louvers and attaches with 6 screws, not 4.
Thanks for this information I am sure this is our problem as we have had a lot of rain and wind in the last few days. Will call Thor tomorrow about all of this.
