This is getting bad, I have had it with Thor. Here we go again Sunday our transfomer switch box went out and we have no 110 and the generator will not work and house battery is running down. Call Thor Sun told to contact mobile service on Mon. Thor was to over nite the part on Mon.
Well here we site no part until next Mon 22 and we may not get it installed if once again Thor sends the wrong part as in the past and we only if it is right it may go in Tue or Wed.
We were suppose to leave for our kids for Christmas on Sun 21 to make it on time. Now we have to cancel our family plans. This Holiday sucks big time
Thanks to Thor once again our plans are on hold.
