Pretty much the same cheap and shoddy construction I found in my 2016 Synergy galley base cabinets. One set of staples split the wooden braces so that the bottom drawer would not work. I ended up adding my own stiffeners and braces (glied and screwed with scrap oak furniture pieces) to be able to put the drawer back in without worrying about it coming apart again.

I would say that this is the "norm" and not the "exception" with Thor and most other RV manufacturers.
