We read the same info in the Owners Manual. Personally, I think that is a
disclaimer, possibly, mandated by the government.
Most RV parks do not allow people to "live" there permanently, nor do State and National Parks.
We have owned motorhomes for a number of years. Yes, we have a few hiccups along the way...overall, WE LOVE OUR AXIS !!
