We purchased a new 2016 31L Chateau last year and love it, thankfully we have not had any issues with it. As for the a/c it seems to work pretty good but for extra air circulation we purchased a small Vornado fan and put it at the front of the coach pointed towards the back, it works great you can feel it in the bedroom.
We put 8k miles on it last year, and leaving this Saturday for another 2 week trip.
