Engine noise after last full up?

So just got back from our first big trip in th RV, a 1,200 mile trip to Hilton Head. The coach performed great with zero issues, however, I stopped about an hour from home to put $50 worth of gas in it, and the engine sounds, well, like crap. Unsure if I got bad gas, or if that is even a thing anymore. Here is a vid:

I'll also add that is poured the rain the last couple hours home, and that the engine seemed down on power, although I can't be sure on that since I was going slower due to the rain.
