Question about LCI leveling system

I have the LCI leveling system in my 2013 Thor Hurricane 34E. I don't have the owner manual for the jacks so i just use the auto level options. But for some reason it lifts some of the wheels off the round and ends up not very level? Our last RV have PowerGear levelers so I'm not up to date on the LCI system. Tried to find video online but most are for the Levelers with the LED touch pad. Mine doesn't have the LED pad it has this one

Lippert's website has the support docs for those. You may have to copy and paste this:

https://support.lci1.com/hydraulic-l...rized-leveling

Except for the display not much difference between the with and without. I always manually set my jacks, the automatic is too jerky and gets too high every time as the software that drives it is not optimum.

It sounds like you may have to recalibrate the auto mode.... see the manual.

Often times it's better to switch to Manual mode and use a level to do yourself. More consistent especially on ground that may not be as level.

Thanks, I contacted Lippert. I had to re-set my auto system back to ZERO. Works right now!

JimmyZ, I have the same control on my 2020 Hurricane. I always use the manual setting.
1. Turn unit on with on/off button
2. Press the manual button
3. Press Front button until I feel them touch the ground
4. Press Rear button until I feel them touch the ground
5. Press the button the has the arrow light (left, right, front or rear) until it goes out
6. Extend slides
7. Check for level with a level on the counter top (both front-back and side-to side)
8. Adjust as needed.
9. Turn off LCI system with on/off button
