Orange and white wires in TV compartment?

Those are 12 VDC wires for the power injector for the OTA antenna amplifier. Normally they stay behind the wall and connect to the power injector. I'm not sure why yours are lead into the TV area.

They go to the A B box on our 2015.

Yes makes it possible to watch a different input at the same time at each TV.
Grandkids can play console games on the main TV
DW can watch cooking shows from the sat in the bedroom
While I watch a local broadcast from the antenna outside
at the same time,
although we only watched local tv while grandkids fight over the satellite
The outside TV is the original POS and is unwatchable except at night
