I purchased a freedom Elite 30FE. The tv in the overhead bunk and outside are Seiki SE SE40FYM and SE32HY. I believe these are analog TV's as I can only receive 9 channels on cable from the camp ground. Any with my model MH have the same problem?
There are many threads about the Seiki TV's, they generally won't work on campground cable and receive few over the air channels. Only way to fix the problem is replace the tv with one that has a digital tuner. After I replaced ours we ended up getting three times as many over the air channels.

Do a search for Seiki and you will find this has been thoroughly discussed. It's not an analog TV, but as I understand, it lacks a QAM tuner, which decodes the cable signal.
Our experience with those cheapo Seiki TVs has been that some campground cable systems work, and some don't. Many have just replaced them, we may do that some day, but until then, we just pull out a DVD or a book to read.
Bad decisions make great stories!
