I changed the relay and it didn't change anything so I reinstalled the old one and brought the new one back to the autopart. $ 66 + taxes. Regarding the yellow thread I have no idea why it was cut. It was like that last year when I bought the rv and everything was working fine.

Don't worry about that yellow wire, it was not connected to anything on my BCC either. IIRC, it goes to the top right fuse, which isn't used in our application.

I agree HarryS, I ordered the intellitec relay (the top one) and I will replace the starter one (the lower one) once again ... I will update you once installed.
Thank you for your comment.

So I changed the two relays and the problem persists ... The bottom relay (CHASSIS) on the photo get very hot even if the RV is not connected to 110V and the motor is not running.

What kind of batteries do you have in the rig, are they lead acid or lithium? Something must be miswired for the solenoid to be energized without any charging taking place, unless you are connected to shore power?

When I turn the starter key the starter spins with difficulty and the engine does not start. I press the auxiliary starter button and turn the ignition key again and the engine starts instantly ...
a brand new lead acid 845 amps battery

Generally that is an indication of a weak, dying chassis battery or poor battery cable connections.

what is weird is that once it has started and I stop it, I can start it several times without having to boost it...

that's an indication of a bad chassis battery. When running the alternator charges the battery enough to work for a while. If you wait till the next day, it probably will not start again.
