That technology has been around, and failing, since the 1930's.
Its a fluff piece you see every year, from the same old folks.
Those tires:
Load up with ice
Load up with mud
Load up with water
So
Sidewalls are required.

Those tires
Dent easily
Permanently bend the 'spokes' easily
Cannot compensate for weight changes
Irrepairable

They were an option on my 2014(ish) Polaris. It took me one look to know I'd be scraping cats and tumbleweeds and wedged rocks out of them after every trip.

Similar was option/beta on Lincoln or Cadillac in the 80's.

It's a bit of a rabbithole dive to find them or the
Tire in a tire from the early sixties
The articles tires from pre-war then post-war through the sixties.
Colored tries from the 40's through 90's
Dual front tires of the 80's(dual skinny rims were the answer to everything)
Self sealing tires from the early 60's.

Pneumatics allow for some stuff which just can't be duplicated.
I'm not saying it won't/hasn't happened. Materials and knowledge advance. I'm saying it'll be a hard sell...for a reason. They'll suck.
They'll be like donk tires, filling a very tiny niche market.
(Look up 'donk'. It's a fun thing to know about))

I'd rather have a gasser than a donk.

I'd love maintenance free tires if they worked.

Boston Ice company had Electric trucks (walker electric motors) in the 20s and 30s. The tires were solid rubber. Imagine how that would feel in a MH

I have some gasser type front tires on the C1.
1964 15" vw beetle skinny tires.
I've been told I won't find any the next time I go looking for some.
I guess they'll be $350 each from Coker...if I'm lucky.

Good luck in your search.
Something workable will show up.

Foam filled are available for small vehicles. Not sure why that would not work for larger tires and vehicles, but I haven't seen them available for tires much bigger than 10 inch.
