Extend AC and Head ducting in Class C

I have a 26' class C with a Ford E450 cab. When driving when its cold I have to blast the heat to keep the coach warm which makes the van cab VERY hot. Then in the summer same deal. blast AC and I'm freezing.

Any creative ideas anyone has done to get the air to go to the back and not in the cab. My current solution is to close drivers side vents and it all comes out the passenger side and that can only be done when I am alone in the front.

You can use a small fan to push air to the main cabin. I run my genny so I use a small tower heater when it gets cold.

I installed a 12v fan (bout the size of the defroster fans at top of windshield) in the kitchen area that helps circulate the air if needed.

Of course if you are going to run the genny - you can spin up the coach A/C(s) to help with the cooling...
(Could run coach furnace in winter - doesn't need genny - but that will drink up your propane quickly I would think.)
