We have Pedego eBikes and use this lock. Pedego has a 5-Year Warranty, which also covers theft if you use one of their approved locks.

https://pedegoelectricbikes.com/prod...-folding-lock/

They also have a chain version.

Hi "here comes the Judge" does the lock fit around both e bikes and a pole?

Depends on yoru bikes and what your anchoring them to. It can be possible to go through both front tires and then around a pole.

But we each carry a lock just in case. The Theft Warranty is too hard to pass up.

Thanks Judge I found my chain lock with uses a master lock. I used for years but misplaced.
Friends of mine have had their quick release seats stolen from campgrounds and street. So I remember why I had this. I rub the cable through seats frame wheels.
Do not remember where I got it

That is a fair point about stealing the seat and post...... I have some cable locks lying around so I may use those for the seats.

Thanks for the tip!

Your welcome.
E bike seats are valuable.
In 1 case they could not get the bike look off and took the nice seats..
Another case they took the quick release front tires

These are desperate times.

I usually do try to go through the frame when I can because the front wheels are so easy to remove.

A lot of times I will use both locks... one through the front tires and then the other securing the two frames together. If they can carry both bikes at the same time given how much they weigh, they can have them!

When I worked Construction I carried a bunch of master lock keys and I could usually open one within 30 seconds, many times I needed a ladder, scaffold or a lift and no one was there. I always locked them up after I was done. I remembered as a kid we would lock our bikes when we went swimming, they were and still are so easy to open the combination lock just by pulling on it and everytime you hit a tumbler the lock would jump a 1/32, just keep going till it falls off. Then just lock all your friends bikes together. Use a better lock than a master lock

Other savings grace all electric bike company bikes come with an internal alarm.
I tested. If bumped a loud siren.
If moved louder and does not go off.
2 key fobs per bike and panic button

We have 2 ebikes from Rad Power bikes. We use ABUS Bordo Granit X-Plus 6500 Folding Lock. The mount on the bike so there easy to carry with us. They are pricy but so are the bikes.

I saw a stationery bike rack in the Keys with 3 front tires still chained to the rack. A strong set of bolt cutters or a portable grinder will cut through any lock you use in seconds. Multiple locks in hard to get at locations will deter. There are motion sensors you can install on the bikes when stationery that will alert you to any activity. I have several of these and use them on the portable generators also when carrying them on the rear rack. You can attach them to grills...anything...as long as it sits stationery.

Can you run the ABUS Bordo Granit X-Plus 6500 Folding Lock through the seats, around 2 bikes, through front tire and around a pole ?
