I don't know that unit, but I had a similar issue in my class C. Quite a bit of water in the floor
A lot of elbow grease and mineral spirits to remove the shoddy silcone job, and redid all the caulking around the door with a proper non-silcone caulk and elsewhere around the shower.
I've forgotten specifics now, but I think I also adjusted the door a bit....
And haven't noticed a problem since....
My experience is that silicone caulk makes for a poor sealant, and especially if not applied extremely carefully.
Hopefully something like this is your problem, rather than these other more significant plumbing issues....
