Removing exterior TV and replacing it with a grill utensil area - ideas???

We are considering removing the exterior TV on our 2018 Axis 25.4. In its place, DH would like to create an area to store/hang campfire and grill related utensils. He's thinking something like a peg board to hang tools and maybe an accordion folding table to set gas grill on or such.

There's obviously not much depth to work with, so we're brainstorming the best set-up. He already has a small work table he made from an oversize commercial cookie sheet that has screw in legs. He is thinking of something similar, but several sheets that will fold into the space accordion style. It will need longer (and adjustable legs) to work the way he is hoping.

Has anyone here built the TV space into a mini outdoor kitchen that they liked? Any hints or ideas to share would be much appreciated. Photos would be fabulous. Even ideas that you haven't actually built would be appreciated too. We want to create a bit of a mock up first before actually removing the TV. TIA.

We found a small teak seat meant for a shower and use it as a coffee bar. Maybe something along those lines. The TV mounting are was a little beefed up, so that was helpful. Here's a picture.
