Those are not questions I can answer, you need to contact the company. I was just relaying my experience with their product, and with that said, The product has lived up to their claims and my expectations.

Although I quoted your message, I wasn't necessarily directing my questions toward you. I was hoping that anybody reading this thread my have an idea.

I also notice that they have 4 different versions of this stuff. One is called Multi-purpose. I've read all the FAQ's on their website, but it is still confusing. I guess I will need to give them a call.

Another question is why this stuff causes balancing problems. You would think it would have the opposite effect, like balancing beads.
