Rear camera

Looking for a replacement for the surface mounted rear camera on my class C. It has a four pin connector that may be proprietary. The label on the pigtail is not very helpful. Any suggestions?

If you have no luck identifying that camera, you can always buy another 4-pin camera, cut off its plug, and re-wire it with the plug from your existing, non-working camera.
