Motorcycle Carrier
You might want to look at this as an option.

Motorcycle carrier
I have a Cruiserlift and love it but here is another option they have. (Can flip up when not in use) http://www.cruiserlift.com/swivelwheel-58-dual-wheel

we have a 6x10 enclosed trailer with tailgate ramp, which will accommodate the dresser and dual sport...the Axis has a 5000 hitch rating...I also, have a hitch mount for my dual sport..it weighs about 350 …
with your trike you might need an 8x10 or 12 .. depending on what you will haul...
Our current trailer is a Stealth...new about $3500...follows well.
NOW we have a Jeep as we have given up riding the bikes at our destinations...got tired of riding in the rain, traffic etc. 50 yrs of riding everywhere...in our youth several long road trips...many great memories !

I am not sure that company is still in business since I can't find them any more. So now I am looking for another solution for taking one of my rides with me. I am just not interested in a trailer or enclosed trailer at this time.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts...

After a lot of research, we choose an ALUMA MC210 motorcycle trailer. We love it.

Congratulations! Aluma makes some very nice trailers!
We bought one for our golf cart, and are now considering a larger one for our Toad... :thumb

Yes, we bought it 4-years ago. You don't even know it's behind you.

Agree about not knowing it's behind you. Going down the road I turn on the back-up camera every once in a while just to make sure it's still following me.

We also have Outlaw for our trike. Like not having to tow anything.

hitch mount hauler
Mighty Hauler. A hydraulic lift I bought used on eBay pretty reasonable. Added 2 more 2" receiver tubes to handle weight. Hauled full dresser to Sturges twice from Pa worked great..

Check out this site https://droptailtrailers.com/. The trailer comes in different configurations and can be stood up for storage in your garage or carport when not being used.

I have been pulling my motorcycles in enclosed trailers for more than twenty years and more than 50,000 miles. Our current trailer is a 6.5' x 12' Wells Cargo, dual axel model. I carry a 900 pound motorcycle (Gold Wing) 100 pounds of tools, motorcycle clothing, spare tire, bottle jack, and often boxes and buckets of rocks, squash, wood, and other heavy stuff. I don't feel the trailer, except that it affects the braking a bit. (The trailer has brakes.)
I haven't found any decrease in fuel mileage when pulling the trailer. However, I use the weight of the trailer to my advantage when driving in hilly conditions and let the rig increase in speed going down hill and then allow it to slow going up hill. I seldom use cruise control.
Backing with the trailer is not a problem because the mirrors work well and the RV doesn't turn as sharp as a pickup truck so the trailer is easier to manage. Just back very slowly and watch the front end when backing and turning.

You have already received a lot of info from some terrific Forum members...Ron has a dresser and a dual sport trail bike. When hauling the dresser .. and then, once in a while, both bikes...he has an enclosed 6x10 Stealth trailer which he likes..since one of your bikes is a trike, it is obvious this size wont work.
He has a hitch mount rack which he uses for the dual sport..but it only weighs in at about 350.
Now, the bikes stay at home as we bought a Jeep !

We just completed the paperwork for an Aluma UTR-12 utility trailer. It has a 24" tall toolbox/wind deflector up front, LED lighting, and a ramp that slides out from under the bed.
We added electric brakes, and (of course!!), a spare tire to the deal.
We'll pick it up next Spring.

Nice Bob! That will be perfect.....
Yesterday we just picked up an Aluma MC210 trailer for our Spyder so we can pull it behind the Magnitude. I'm going to miss the garage of the Outlaw 29H for hauling the Spyder (but I don't miss not having a real bed).
It has a shield upfront to protect from stones and debris and I love the slide out ramp. It is very light and perfect for a Spyder. I figure it will be easy to sell down the lines since it is built for two motorcycles.... but I also saw a video where some one drove a smart car onto it!
Next weekend will be our maiden trip in the Magnitude and towing the Spyder..... wish us luck!

Yup! The earlier (pre-2016) Smarts will fit nicely on them.
(Mine is a 2016, and is a couple of inches wider...)
The longer ramp reduces the approach and breakover angles...
