19G Newbie, and jump seat question

Hey all,

A few months back my wife & I bought our first RV: Wanda, a 2018 Majestic 19G from Cruise America. Seems just the right size for the two of us and the dog.

Time since spent getting to know her and discovering/surfing various forums. LOTS to learn.

Wife is retired military and I'm soon-to-retired public servant.

I have enough DIY skills to get us into trouble

I took out the jump seat to make room for a swiveling front passenger seat (original seat w/ new after-market swivel base).

QUESTION: Any ideas for what to do with the jump seat area?

We added storage bins.

Interesting and clever modification.

The non-Cruise-America 19G had a swivel chair in place of jump seat/bench, but in my opinion your approach seems better since the 19G has plenty of seating already for its size when set up for travel.

I would consider building extra storage with a flip-up or -down table that could be used from passenger seat in rear-facing position.

Since dinette can serve as a bed, the passenger seat would provide a place for one person to drink coffee in early morning or work or whatever while other stays in bed.

Good ideas, thanks for the input. Will post some pictures once we have something in place.
