Absolutely incorrect information. All stock wheels on a "Dually" vehicle will fit all positions.

You may(likely) have the honor of buying a matching tire when you get home.

The wheels are "concave side in" on the front and inside duallies; and "concave side out" on outside duallies and tag axles.

Please do a little simple research before you post guesses as fact.

I think what throws people off is the aluminum wheel covers. When those are all removed, it becomes obvious what fits where.
