Sorry to hear that you're having trouble...
But "Welcome aboard!" anyway!
If I were you: I'd be calling the dealer to check on the progress... at least twice a week.
(Mine goes in the shop next Saturday. My dealer told me "30 to 90 days." this is actually good news for us: it was going into storage anyway!)

My Windsport 34J has been in for 75 days. Keep getting told "just a couple more weeks" . I am considering a RV lemon law claim to get resolution. Its a shame, my family could not have been happier at the time of purchase with our RV, 2 1/2 months without our coach has soured that happiness.

Are they covered under Florida's Lemon Laws?

I unfortunately have had to look into this. The Florida State attorneys website has info you can use.
RV's can be eligible for a Lemon law claim in Florida but it is limited. "Living quarters" and what isn't covered.

In New York: the "automotive stuff" is covered under the Lemon Laws...
...But not the "Coach stuff".
