Greetings. About to purchase my first Thor, My first Motorhome, after full timing for 4 years in a travel trailer.

Working with my lender to purchase a 2014 Thor Tuscany 45LT.

We have 5 RVs currently that we rent out on one year leases to Bible college students and other low income tenants.

Having a DP Motorhome is a long time dream about to come true.

Looking for advise and information on this new unit.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you keep busy in the RV lifestyle. Remember to check every system (lights, slides, levelling system, if it has air bags, check the batteries, tires) to make sure everything is in working order. I usually video the PDI with the salesperson to be sure I don't forget how to operate everything. Also spend a couple of short trips in it before heading out on long trips to be sure everything is operational.

Congrats and welcome. We have been in our Aria for a year now. I have been awesome. No doubt your will enjoy the ability to spread out and relax.
