I'm sorry that I can't help with the washers...
But "Welcome to the Forum!" anyway.

Welcome to the forum. It is common on the washer for the pump to go out. I have replaced mine twice and it does not work now, so am just going to let it go. If you have a test meter, you can see if getting power to the pump and tell if it is a bad pump. If you are not getting power to it, most likely a fuse. Not sure where the fuse is on your rig. Maybe some others here can chime in and help.
Happy trails.

Go to the Ford website and download the chassis owner's manual. It should trll which fuse is for the washers.
