Contact Sumo Springs and they can confirm whether these fit or not. They’re very helpful. The installation notes say they fit “Ford E350/E450 Super Duty (2004-present)”.

Just to clarify, SSR-106-47-1 is for the rear only. I’m not selling front ones.

I thought folks put on front and rear or they don't help?

Yes, we installed front & rear and they made a big difference. This set just didn’t work on our particular frame.
