State farm since 1977.
Only two agents in that time. An out of state move the original agent couldn't service. Our current agent is 180miles away.
Because
I appreciate the service,
I appreciate they know who I am
They appreciate how I am.
I appreciate the little things I get.
The neighbors are on forced placed because of a dirt road. I'm not.
They've never asked for a survey or even pictures of some damn odd vehicles.
They've never asked for mileage counts on our ultralow mile vehicle coverage.
I've never seriously shopped them.
Happy is a price I'll pay.
A small detour with a story for Bob;
We had a flood and a sunken dining room caught all of the water.
They wanted to depreciate the furniture.
Spousal unit sent receipts with a note: 'find another like it and we'll buy it'
They couldn't and VOLUNTARILY gave us full purchase price PLUS 10 percent. They feel they got off the hook for the replacement cost it would have been, they let us keep the furniture, we did veneer repair.
(I think of this every time someone here says their extended warranty didn't cover xxx. I know damn well they didn't buy the best, they gambled and lost)
All the above is a kind of
Thank you
To Bob
For sitting at that desk talking to everyone including the terminally stupid.
