Wowzer! I'd say a retired "trucker" who's independently wealthy... but a very talented engineer. I think there's quite a bit more to his personal story than just a trucker... he's using that as a "shuttle" between his properties? I'd love to pick his brain about how a typical "trucker" amassed that kind of wealth. Definitely not saying it couldn't be done... he seems to be a very intelligent fellow.

A little math... so he's "affording" to pay at least 75¢ per mile for fuel (plus maintenance, etc.). That takes some serious resources.
