The Answer

After several phone calls the answer is found under the stove. Remove the drawer and get you flashlight pointed toward the driver’s side of the coach. You should see the back of the water heater and a white knob in the lower left hand corner. That knob is supposed to be open counter clockwise but apparently when installed the installer thought clockwise was open. Turn the knob all the way counterclockwise and you will increase the flow enough to have the water heater work. Hope your agile enough to reach the knob!

I’m sorry you said you have water from the hot side but not hot? Is the bypass valve turned on - have you used it since it was winterized? When I bought mine in March (my first) I had to turn the bypass valve off and then I had hot water - mine was located under my kitchen sink where the heater is. Nobody told me I figured it out on my own

Water heater

There is a switch on the unit itself. Make sure it’s on. Also let the water run for a minute or so to clear up a possible airlock.
Good luck.

We love the tanklesss heater make sure you have good water pressure (coach pump press or same or better city water pressure). One thing we found to really make system work best especially when using shower is set water temp to desired temp so you don’t adjust water temp by opening cold tap. Either all hot or all cold but not both.

I can't seem to get the tankless hot water heater to work? I've tried the breakers, fuses, and there is no reset button. Can anyone enlighten me please? I figure being new to this it's probably operator error!
I added two photos
Thanks!
Great FB group called "RV Newbies" you might want to check out.

Check the filter between the water tank and the pump, and while your at it, empty the tank and unscrew the fitting from the tank and be sure there is no plastic debris in the line between the tank and the filter. Common problem. Restricts flow to water heater and it won't function.

Tankless

I had a similar problem with mine not having power at the thermostat then all of a sudden would be fine. Turned out to be a bad electrical connection at the wire nuts behind the unit. Which in my 17' 25.3 Axis was accessed by removing the bottom wardrobe drawer left of the fridge. It started the second day of a 5 week 9,700 mile trip around the U.S. and completely stopped working the last day of the trip. Good luck to you and let us know what you finally find out.... Joe
