Pretty sure I figured it out, at least on the front. If you look at this video, in the opening shot, you'll see those brackets, I guess you can call them Z brackets, at the 'top' of the linkage. I'm guessing they removed those as the bottom bolt is still in the front hole. But I'll have to go back and check. Not sure what they did on the rear. I already called the shop and it goes back tomorrow to be done correctly.
My ACE 30.1 has only Z brackets on the rear sway bar. They stay, but get flipped 180 degrees. Before and after pictures attached. Before picture was on the driver's side and the after was on the passenger side. Before the connecting rod was on the out outside hole. After its on the inside. Blue stuff behind the after picture is the SuperSteer Track Bar.
Front sway bars didn't have brackets.

So I figured out the mechanic moved the swaybar up from the top of the linkage, not the bottom by moving to the other hole. Took it back and it was corrected. Didn't notice much of a difference in the handling but I only had a 20 minute ride back to storage. Hopefully it helped.
Moving the upper mounting point on the link will not make any difference. Moving the lower end of the link to the rear hole of the sway bar reduces the amount of leverage and effectively stiffens the sway control. You might not notice a difference in a short run but will notice on the highway. Glad you got it straightened out!!!
