Overhead Bunk Shwintek Issues

Thank you for trying so hard to help me. The red flashing code was 8 - wire short between controller and motor. I tried to upload a picture of what has happened. The wire harness for the left rail/motor has slipped between padded trim pieces and I can’t seemed to get it out. Can the bed be manually pushed up?

Yes it can be pushed up if you remove power from the controller. It is very heavy so it usually takes four with strong backs and someone has to put the pins in.

Maybe my son and some of his burly friends will be able to help me. I did get the plug in out (in pieces). We’ll see about getting it all back together. Thank you so much for your help.
