I've replaced my 212 Jensen with another model, but I remember there is a small hole on the front panel just below the volume control. If you use a ball point pen or a paperclip and momentarily depress the switch inside that hole, the unit should reboot.
Lots of issues with that Jensen model; hopefully the symptom you seeing isn't the beginning of the end.
