Tows and Bed Toppers

Looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler to tow behind 27.7 Vegas. Jeep has a 6” lift. Will that make it harder to tow?

Second question: Bed toppers
I purchased a gel topper for our folding bed in back slide. Weight of topper causes bed to open against wall. What toppers do you have for less weight?

Lift should have no real effect on towing the jeep - just make sure the tow bar is close to level when you set it up.

We use a "topper" both in the MH and at home for our beds. Provides some extra cushion and cooling/breathing effect:
