We HAVE traveled the great State of Montana .. camped ... explored Glacier..Have stayed in Bozeman....Love the NorthWest !! One of our 'fun' facts is .. about 15 yrs ago, we traveled to Seattle area via, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and returned via Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado.... THEN having arrived home ...did laundry and traveled to see family , at that time, living in Ft. Lauderdale area...SO...we did the US from corner to corner ! Our bucket list is the NorthEast...we are OLD and not sure that trip is going to happen, unfortunately.
WORD TO THE WISE...DO IT WHILE YOU CAN !!

Our family in FL is anxiously awaiting our return....Ron must decide if he wants to drive the Axis or fly ! He is slowing down a bit...so, the decision is his to make.
I HOPE YOU ALL....all of our partners in rving...are doing well..STAY SAFE !

My temporary neighbor got her second Moderna shot three days ago, and had some general discomfort the second day after shot (yesterday). Her brother the same thing. Just sore and didn’t sleep well. She’s great today.

My older brother and his wife got their second today, and were warned in advance they would feel poorly for about 24 hours, more or less. I’m looking forward to mine. Apparently it’s correct the first shot (at least Moderna) goes better than the second. Nothing to worry about though.

Hey Chance !! YES... I am happy to report that our first shot went well..soreness around injection site...for about 24 hours....the nurse said on both shots, go home take a Tylenol (nothing else) neither of us took Tylenol .. as it will alleve most side effects. I have, also, heard that the second shot will cause more discomfort and varying side effects.
HERE IS THE KICKER....I read on Mayo or WebMD site a couple days ago..that the vaccine is effective for about 4 months....that stinks !
Perhaps those reports are due to the fact that the rushed trials, etc. could not show any further results...

Safe travel

We were just careful during travel in 2020 and we still had great trips. We have had both shots now so, spring is coming!! Lets go! We already have a trip set up to the smokey mountains from Texas for the month in June!

The wife and I are both high risk as well as essential employees. We couldn't stay home if we wanted to.
We are careful and will probably die from over use of hand sanitizer. We have traveled as carefully as possible and plan to continue to do so.
Tomorrow isn't promised, enjoy today!

Early June is a great time for the Smokies. Love Townsend TN and Cades Cove.

We just returned from dining at a local steak house. Fairly busy and quite a few patrons entering without mask which doesn't bother us in the least

All the sanitization going on seamed to be the right thing based on many news stories and experts trying to gain a leadership role to line their pockets

In reality many should recall the fiasco with anti-bacterial soap, turned out to not be such a good thing. so what happens when the next truly bad virus comes along and everyone's immunity is lowered due to all the sterile living attempts?

Well anyway we haven't changed a thing in our lives except to appease the crowd when necessary and traveled, visited, partied, and will continue to do so.

Just back from a trip and will be heading out again as soon as global warming reappears to take the frost off things

Going SW first and looping around CO to the North as weather permits

We have been spending most of our summers in Montana and Wyoming and heading back gain this year. Wanting to go to some of the ghost towns this year. And of course get in some fly fishing and trail riding.

We really enjoy the ghost towns as well

Have you stayed in the Buena Vista area and visited the ones in that area? Some pretty cool and one being rebuilt
