No air flow from A/C

I am getting practically no air flow from one of the front upper vents and one of the rear vents in my 2019 Thor Synergy. Only the large main vent seems to be working OK. What is this "you may get foam" mentioned in one of the posts on this thread? Could two of the small vents be clogged up with something?

your best bet is to buy a cheap borescope/endoscope (camera snake) on amazon and see whats going on in your ducts. A more expensive option is getting a thermal camera like seek thermal and mapping out the ductwork to find blockages and gaps in the styrofoam insulation. The "ducts" on my Thor Magnitude are really only gaps in thee insulation. I found a number of spots where the insulation was open into spots with no vents.

I'd suggest doing a search on this forum for air conditioning issues and problems. There is a good discussion on the issues about the omni and magnitude models but since you have a thor the same deficiencies probably exist.

The end ducts in ducted AC systems are not really in the end. Mine were 12” to 18” from the end. Meanining the air flow is going past the outlet into nowhere. I removed the Louvered ducts and sprayed great stuff into the ducts. After it set up I shaped it with a razor blade to force the air flow down and out the ducts. It helped. But I also bought the RV Airflow styrofoam and mounted it in the plenum. That really made a big difference in the air flow coming out the ducts. Search on YouTube. Several good videos.

I blew a fan blade on one of mine and when replacing it I found that most of the fan and duct was full of styro beads. Also I replaced the speakers in the celling last winter and again the speakers were full of styro b-b's

Remove the outer trim piece and see if the flat baffle plate is backwards. Some have been put on incorrectly. I can't show you a picture because I did the rvairflow thingy.

I was wondering if you had any luck. I just pulled my duct covers off and electrical boxes being used as duct ends. No wonder why I have no air flow 4 feet from ac unit . Anyone find a good solution for this?
