Rear Speakers

New here! We have a 2018 Thor quantum and while driving and using the radio, our rear speakers above the couch are so much louder than in the front. I’ve googled and went through all the settings and there is no option to adjust the rear. (It’s greyed out on the screen with no option to touch). My thought was that the speakers may be controlled by the back Jensen radio but I’ve turned off speaker A and B and no luck. Has anyone had experience with this? Is there another location this can be controlled? Heck, I’ll even unplug the speakers. I just really would love to listen to the radio up front without it sounding like a front row to a concert for my kids in the back. Thanks in advance!

Different, older coach from a different factory. My dash radio is an Axxera 614 and the fader on the radio controls the balance of the front and couch speakers. The Jenson in the bedroom controls the bedroom speakers and the outside speakers. I admit the speakers are terrible and I quickly replaced all 8. It is hard to find the 4" and 5.25" weather proof speakers with only 7/8" in depth. So far both radios work as they were new as does the remote and Bluetooth.

What brand is your radio unit? Jim is right about the rear Jensen. Seems odd you don't have a fader setting front to rear. It's in the Axxera menu for sure.

It wouldn't be that hard to add a switch for each rear speaker to turn them on and off, as a last resort.
