2022 Sanctuary , check relay alarm
Hello everyone, I am the new owner of Sanctuary 19L. Now the mastervolt panel shows the following alarm : check relay. Do anyone know how to solve it? The seller is far away from my city, told me ignore it. Is it right? Thanks for the help.

Do you have the yellow BSR ( Battery Safety Relay ) , wonder if is tripped . There should be a list of trouble shooting tips somewhere in the BMPro owners manual . I didn't see anything specific to your alarm , but have you updated your BMpro & MasterVolt has an email you can ask questions with , not sure how that works .

Clear Mastervolt Easyview Check Relay
We were finally able to clear the alarm by toggling the 'Relay Open' and 'Relay Close' switches FROM the Easyview panel (not at the yellow physical switch). It remotely opens and closes the yellow relay. The alarm would not clear by resetting the relay at the physical switch even though the relay status showed closed on the panel. Everything was working so it might just be a bug with the alarm. Thor reached out to Mastervolt so we'll update when we get a response.

I was thinking it was the BMPro Panel , good you got it sorted out . Your Easy View Panel has different displays then ours & its physically different looking .
We just got our Sanctuary in February & I'm just learning all the displays also & I didn't know they would show alarms , now I have to look closer into them .

Yes, there are several configurations depending on the year and package. This is the Easyview5 which is the remote panel for the Mastervolt Combimaster (charger and inverter/converter) and 400ah Reliable lithium battery. It's separate from the BMPro (appliance controller) which is on the circuit downstream of the 12v rotary disconnect. This Ford Transit also has a second alternator which charges the lithium very quickly plus the solar panel. They're still updating documentation for this new setup but we have the schematics which help. I like that Thor is using some of the latest technology. Of course, that comes with a learning curve. Thor Tech Support has been great to work with and we're enjoying getting to know the vehicle and technology.

I also have the 400AH Reliable, second Alternator system & the Easy View 5 & I just looked at the Manual that I down loaded from their web sight & see I will have to read it when I have time , I see the Alarm panels or pages , just another thing to read up on .

did you get any response - i have the same issue and everyone is passing the buck - i did try toggling the switches but didn’t erase error. i just need to be able to set my low battery alarm so need this alarm cleared

mine cleared itself without me doing anything…. been about a month i think … i just plugged into shore power today and it instantly tripped it again so i now have the relay error message again …. has anyone gotten an answer as to how to fix it

Have not found any info on what that relay is for exactly & I'll bet if you ask MV , they will tell you to see a dealer .
When you tap on the Easyview 5 alarm on top left , doe it have a screen that shows " LOG or Sleep " ?

Have you selected , LOG ? I would like to know what this means , as do you ,
There is a Relay that is monitored in the LI Battery , only one I have found in the MBus network . Thor may be the only way to get somewhat of an answer , unless they have someone who is trained for MV products . MV will just send you to a TMC Dealer & then they can hook up with MV tech's .
