Little Help with Thule Awning Please

We were camping last week and when we tried to retract the Thule Awning on our Tellaro 20A it didn’t shut completely on the front end. I can see a little bit of wrinkle in the awning but don’t know if this is what’s causing the issue. Anybody had this same issue in their RV?

Having the same issue with the left side. Used once and now the left side will not close completely.

The Thule Manual states you can only extend the awning 3 feet without the support legs. To fully extend the awning, stop at three feet, extend the legs and then extend fully. During retraction, stop at 3 feet, stow the legs, then retract fully. The dealer didn’t explain this at all.
