Thor 2021 Sequence 20L - Space under driver side bed

Is there any room under the Thor 2021 Sequence 20L driver side bed. Schematics appear to show the heater vents coming out in a boxed in area, similar to the passenger side under bed area where the table is stored ?
Wonder how much space is available for storage on the driver side ?

There is really no space on floor as there is piping where the access hatch is located. The Truma is located in the center section and a big electrical component and heating vent tube/electrical wires on the back end of bed area. The only possibility is to mount a basket or suspend a bag over the area under the access opening. Really don't want stuff bounding around on top of your water system. Will try to attach picture under access hatch.
