I have the t-mobile with my Winegard 2.0 + Connect. Just keep in mind you need a 4g/lte SIM card NOT 5g which is what t-mobile will send you if you are not specific with them. Took me 3 tries to get the right SIM card. Call support and be very clear you need 4g/lte. The 100gb plan for $50/ mo with autopay or $55 without. Works very well.

It's a bit of a task, but with a multimeter you can check continuity from one end of a coax to another. You just need another long wire.

Just need a shorting cap. Check continuity from center to shield without the cap - should be open. Install the cap and check continuity from the other end center conductor to shield - should be very low.

Now you're cooking. Did you want the other post removed?

signal booster

When I first got my motorhome, I had to learn how to use the "signal booster" in order to get TV programs over "the air" or "through the cable". If I knew that there should be air signals in the RV Park because it was near a big city, I tried to use the antenna on top. I have a small push button switch that turns the "signal booster" on and off. First, I tried to tune in the antenna signal with the switch pushed in, then tried again with the small push button pushed out. There is also an adjustment for the direction that my rooftop antenna is facing, although I found that this is not as crucial as the "small push button" in or out.

May I suggest experimenting with the system when you are in a city where there should be a strong air signal?
