East Gate

Like wouldn’t recommend the Eastside in the Winter. I live on the west side of the Rockies in Montana and the weather is more compatible to human habitation on the west side. Columbia Falls on the west side also has year a round Rv parks.

Judge I am disappointed you were in the area and didn’t stop to say hi.

Sorry man!

We may come past that way on our way back from Alaska next summer. If we do, I will be sure to let you know! [emoji106]

They make drawstring bags for your toilet. Simple raise the seat, place the bag in the bowl, lower the seat back down and your good to go....so to speak.

It is an option, especially if the urge hits you at night. I have used them when traveling after winterizing.

I don't remember the cost but I purchased them on Amazon.

advice from an expert

Try contacting, or at least watching "Foresty Forest" on You Tube. He's a Canadian who lives year around in his van. He's been to the North Circle in the winter. He has climbed nearly 200 mountains in Canada. He should be able to give you info you need to travel safely in a van in winter. I lived in Minnesota. Just keeping a house viable in subzero temps, high winds, and heavy snow is a major challenge. I personally can't imagine taking it on in a motorhome. But Foresty does. Good Luck.

Watched a few minutes of that video. Reminds me of going thru the Smokies in April on the AT.
