Off to Cincinnati

We are on the road headed to Cincinnati to visit with my daughter and her new husband for Thanksgiving. We plan to tailgate at the Bills vs. Bengals game on Sunday and then continue camping at the FMCA campground while taking in the sights around town.

Looking for any ideas of things to do (we are already planning to take a day to go to Dayton and check out the USAF Museum there) in and around Cincy as we are towing our Jeep.

We are heading back home next weekend with a stop planned in Roanoke, Va for a sad event - the memorial service for a close friend's son who was killed in a hit and run on Wednesday night.

Should be a week filled with ups and downs... hopefully we can get some good ideas to explore while in southwest Ohio.

If you have an interest in history, Carillon Park in Dayton has some fascinating exhibits. Preview it on the web to see if it interests you. Cincinnati has a decent zoo although this probably isn't the best time of year for that attraction.
