Many roof products have a UV inhibitor in them, I’ve never waxed a roof and probably wouldn’t due to safety. TPO roofs are tough and not much will bother them, TPO is being used frequently now on commercial building roofs.
You might want to check the manufactures instruction for TPO roof care before using after market products. I have heard good things about 303 but it isn't available in our area and since we are in north central FL you would think it would be if it's any good.

I live in central Florida and hav bought it at Walmart. Marine stores, and auto stores. I use it on RV, motorcycles, and cars. And if all fails there is always Amazon.

Most RV and marine stores stock it, not cheap, but have used it for years on tires, awnings decals, wipers etc. Works good as I have not had any cracking, fading.

I bought a gallon of 303 for the boat to protect the vinyl and use it on the exposed part of the awnings and tires of the RV. I would not use it on the room because it comes off in the rain and they recommend retreatment every few weeks if I remember correctly.
