Window adjustment

Hey all, is it possible to adjust the side windows (they pop out from the bottom)? Our side window with the 2 panes that can pop out, the panes overlap a bit on the bottom so one won't close flush. There are 3 screws across the top that look like maybe you could adjust them, but I don't want to go torquing on anything without knowing what I'm doing. I'm attaching 2 photos, one of the bottom where the panes overlap, and one showing the screw on top. They aren't great pictures but hopefully they will get the point across.

I called Thor who gave me the window manufacturer's number (Lippert). I called them and they said you remove the 3 screws on top and can slide the windows. I tried that but couldn't get 2 of the screws out. I'm just going to take that in and have someone look at it.
