Rear Passenger side mud flaps
Took delivery of Sprinter chassis Thor Delano 24RW just last week. Doing a walk around I noticed that the mud flap on the passenger side was so far forward it was contacting the tires.
It just had 1200 or so delivery miles on it, but there was already two holes worn through the flap.
Looking up, can see that the jacketed cable and two lines coming out of the right side of the generator (upgraded diesel) are pushing the mud flap bracket forward and causing the contact.
Not sure if a modified part was left out of the gen upgrade, or this is a design issue. Dealer said they would contact Thor for advice, Thor said to contact authorized dealer when I sent them pictures.
These are with the jacks down so the holes are up where you can see them.

PS: It really looks to me like you could generate enough clearance by moving that grey jacketed cable aft of that bolt and making sure the two lines didn't overlap it. but this is not the vibe I'm getting from the dealer service folks.

Put brace on bottom.
Use brace/cable to pull guard away from the tire.
Do this if they can't remount it entirely.
Mine burnt itself off in about the same place.
I just shortened mine until it didn't hit the tire.
I go for easy.

You should also be concerned about that grey cable rubbing up against that bolt that it is touching. Over time it could rub a hole through the cable cover exposing the wire/s.

I know your coach is a little different from my 24F, but if you search "Class C Mudflap Replacement" you'll find a thread I posted about replacing the mudflap AND fixing the underlying problem.
The SAME thing happened mine... the mudflap was not secured properly and rubbed against the rear tires.

If the dealership doesn't address that conflict with the bolt, I definitely plan to Paul.
I just want to give them first crack at a permanent fix. Don't mind re-engineering a few things here and there, but wanted to fix a design flaw rather than a mistake.
I've already got plans for the island table top storage and adding some pushbutton latches to the drawers in the dinette seats.
The broken clip in the attached picture is getting replaced with a 2 inch wide velour and Velcro cinch strap that I'll cut in half and screw to the wall on either side. That table makes some noise when it's not secured. The little plastic clips are not up to the task.

Don't assume a design flaw when shoddy assembly is well documented on these pages. A very recent thread re: a propane line routed thru the springs come to mind.

I'm assuming both at this time.
20 years as an avionics tech for the Navy makes it hard to shake my desire to redesign things though, especially when the failure is design induced.

Then do it.
It's a lot of fun changing things around to make YOUR sense instead of the sense of some budget constricted cube dwelling wog engineer.
Make it yours the way youd make it.

Tire so close to the diesel fuel line. NOT GOOD. Ever see what a mess it makes when you get a tire blowout on an RV? usually takes out anything the tire happens to make contact with. Diesel line should be nowhere near the tire.
