Axis 12 Volt outlet

Just purchased a 24.1 Axis, the dash 12 volt outlets have no power, USB fine. Anyone know where the fuse for these is? Other suggestions?

Not sure about the location of that fuse, but there are some fuses to the left of the steering column on the firewall I think. Take a look there, you can't miss it. Also, some, but no all the fuses have an LED that lites up when blown. I would guess that is a logical place for those fuses, but this is just a WAG.

I found the box on the firewall no labels over 40 fuses I'd guess. The box by the fridge isn't labeled, but does light up if you pull one, assume blown would do same. third box in most forward drivers side compartment outside, labeled but not for outlet that I see.

On my 2016 ACE, one of the outlets didn't work and I found that the wires on the back of the socket weren't connected. Very tight space, but you can get a hand on the lower one. The upper might have to be reached through the radio hole. Worth checking if no fuse is blown.

I think the fuse you are looking for is in the side compartment outside that you mention. F13 in the lower right (5 amp) labeled jack outlet.

It's labeled "jack power" instead of jack "outlet".

I had the same problem. The fuse is in the electrical box in the outside compartment just below the driver. It's labeled F17 "Power Point". There was a short in one of the receptacles I had to fix to keep the fuse from blowing.

Found the fuse labeled power jack, but it's good. Was able to look under dash and check the connections there which seem fine, so guessing it's a connection elsewhere.
