Any advice on opening and closing the front grill on a 2014 Thor Vegas?

My 24.1 was incredibly hard to open but when I took it back to the RV dealer to get a few things fixed, they greased it and loosened it somehow and it is much easier to open. Try some lithium grease on the joints and see if that helps.

Grab it low on the grill and pull slowly.

I had the same problem with our Vegas. It was really hard to open and close. I lubed the joints and pivot points generously with lithium grease. Worked it several times, and it works pretty freely, now. It still doesn't fit really well, as the fiberglass grill was not trimmed properly at the factory. It fits flush with the body on one side, and is 3/4 of an inch out on the other side. I also had to re-adjust the latches to make them lock securely. The entire grill/hood system seems quite breakable, if you are not careful.
