What the heck does that mean?
Outlets and microwave run off 120 VAC which comes from your SP connection, your generator when running, or your inverter if you have one and it is wired to power the outlets in question (probably not the microwave).
Fuses do not control 120 VAC in an RV; breakers do.
Are you plugged into SP?
What year RV?
